What is the purpose of the Employee Assignments Form? *

The Employee Assignments screen provides a quick method to assign employees to a manager, supervisor, workgroup, or schedule. You can accomplish the same functions within each employee record in the Employee Center, but this screen allows changes to be made to multiple employees at one time.

How do I quickly set Employee Assignments? *

From the menu click Employees>Employee Assignments to access the employee list and assignments. The Employee Assignments screen saves time on multiple entries.  Select a Supervisor, Manager, Schedule, or Work Group and move employee assignments to that assignment by checking the employee name checkbox and using the >>> button. Note: Every employee must be assigned to a workgroup, schedule, manager, and supervisor. The manager and supervisor may be the same person.
